Your body is that wild and sweet energy
I wish that I wake up to your smile everyday, e’er more,
That I live to see your body wither abreast mine.
Three is for the words I always like
to do hear from you; “I love you”
Four is for the lone thing I e’er
ask of you; “Stay with me forever”
You and I, dear, can obliterate many a problem,
For our love is but a rose; thorny yet winsome,
Thence through these winds, we shall blossom.
So fortified do I feel in your embrace
As if your arms were made of tungsten
Harder to be broken, or set ablaze.
Pray that you fall in love like leaves
Fall from trees; ne’er e’er to retrovert
To your past lonely self
In this soulless and lifeless sphere,
You’re the air that carries me through,
So better it’d be if I were to go to glory,
Than if I were to lose my memory;
I desire, oft, to craft you a poem
But you are a drop head too alien
That you leave me wordless.
If you have never had it
You cannot feel it
If you have never fallen in it
How can you perceive its depth?
So pulled to you am I, as if you were that forbidden fruit,
My mind’s fear-stricken but my heart cries ‘she’s cute!’
